WHEN WILL MY DIGITAL DOWNLOADS BE AVAILABLE?

Once your payment is confirmed, your will get an email notification, stating your file is ready. You may click on the link in your email. Locate your purchased item and click the download button.

WILL I RECEIVE SOMETHING IN THE MAIL?

LISTINGS ARE FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY. We sell only digital files that can be downloaded and printed. NO PRINTED PRODUCTS WILL EVER BE SHIPPED.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL FILES?

If you have not received your email, check your spam or junk inbox, as well as your Social and Promotions tabs in GMAIL. If the file will not download, check your web browser. Disable any add-ons and/or toolbars. You may need to check for updates. If you still cannot download the file, please contact us for further assistance.

HOW DO I OPEN A .ZIP FILE?

Your digital files may come in one or more .zip format files. After you download your file, the zipped folder must be uncompressed before you can use the designs.

On a MAC device, locate the zipped folder on your computer. Double click the file and your computer will do the work for you.

On a PC, locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, right-click the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. Once the file unzips, click on the NEW FOLDER (not the zipped folder) to access the files. The file is not password protected, so if you get a prompt to enter a password, just wait and it will go away on its own.

I STILL CANNOT OPEN THE FILE?

If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the Zip file. If you're still having trouble opening the .zip file, please contact us and we will send you a link to the unzipped files. Please understand this could take some time since we may not see your message right away, but we check often.

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN AN ORDER?

Due to the electronic nature of your order, we cannot cancel or refund you once the item has been downloaded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please make sure to read the listing descriptions and all the FAQ and Terms of Use for information BEFORE ORDERING. However, if you are having any trouble with your digital download, or are unhappy with your purchase, please send us a message and we will try to help any way we can.

CAN I USE A COUPON CODE AFTER MY PURCHASE?

All coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase. we do not have the ability to retroactively refund any unused coupons or apply new coupons to a previous order.

WHAT IF THE COLORS AND IMAGES ARE DIFFERENT ON MY MONITOR?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
