By purchasing any item from our shop, Graphic Tropics grants you a non-exclusive, personal-use and limited commercial license to download and copy the purchased downloads subject to the following restrictions:

We sell only digital files that can be downloaded and printed. NO PRINTED PRODUCTS WILL EVER BE SHIPPED.

Personal and non-profit use means non-commercial use of the digital file to be printed or edited in almost any manner you like as long as you do not share, give away or distribute the original files, in part or in whole, in any manner. Please see below regarding unacceptable uses of our digital products.

You may use the image on your personal, business, or non-profit website or mobile app without giving credit as long as you are not selling a physical or tangible item. You may also use the digital file on your business website, blog, banners, headers, footers, buttons, mobile app, or storefronts without giving credit. However, when using the digital image on the internet, in whole or in part, the digital files must be flattened at 72 dpi, not editable, or otherwise not extractable so that the original image may be not used by any third party.

Graphic Tropics grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the digital files for commercial use as long as the number of copies is less than 1,000 and credit is given to Graphic Tropics. If the product will be displayed on a website, blog or social media account, the digital file must be flattened at 72 dpi, not editable, or otherwise not extractable so that the original image may be not used by a third party. To give credit, use any of the following: Graphic Tropics, © Graphic Tropics, artwork by Graphic Tropics, pattern by Graphic Tropics, design by Graphic Tropics, or clipart by Graphic Tropics.

• Print digital file on almost all tangible products and sell them, including on your own Etsy store. (printable advertising, promotion, brochures, packaging, prints, posters, flyers, tear sheets, magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications, video, broadcast, theatrical, clothing, bags, blankets, planner stickers, invitations, printed paper, vinyl packs, etc.)

• Digital embroidery files as long as the original digital file is not included.

• Digital printable files or planner sticker pages, but you must add your own design to create a unique design. The file must be flattened, uneditable and not extractable. Do not just sell the paper patterns on a white background.

• Fabric or ribbon designs, but you must purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE.

You are NOT required to purchase a No Credit License if you wish to resell physical and/or tangible products (under 1,000 copies) as long as you give Graphic Tropics credit. However, if you do not wish to give Graphic Tropics credit, then you may purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE. A No Credit License must be purchased for every digital file you wish to use without giving credit.

If you need a license for more than 1,000 copies of a digital file, contact us for an UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE for mass production.

At all times, you may NOT:

• Give away, share, trade, or distribute, resell, relicense, redistribute transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, license, make available for download, to any third party without express written permission.

• Use as a derivative work.

• Sell as part of a scrapbook kit, paper packs and/or clipart, even if altered.

• Sell cut files by converting a digital file to other file formats, including SVG, PNG, DXF, PDF, JPEG, AI, EPS, SVG, and PNG, even if altered.

• Sell as part of trademarks, logos, or service marks.

• Use in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, defamatory manner, or in any unlawful manner.

All digital files sold in this store is the property of Graphic Tropics. These files are sold "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. The digital files, whether modified or not, are all intellectual property and copyright, and is Graphic Tropics sole and exclusive property. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, you will not claim, or attempt to claim, intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our digital files.
